Nutricalor ([legal entity / controller — to be filled in]) is the controller of the personal data processed in this app and website. For any question about personal data, contact us at coutodev7@gmail.com.
Data we collect
- Account data: email address and Google sign-in.
- Data you provide: sex, age, height, weight, goal and activity level.
- Food logs: the foods you record, portions and nutrition values.
- Weight logs: your weigh-in history.
- Usage data: information about how you interact with the app (features used, frequency).
Meal photos
The images you take are processed to identify the food and discarded afterwards. We do not store your food photos by default.
Why we process your data
- To calculate your daily calorie and macronutrient targets.
- To log your meals and show your progress.
- To improve the accuracy of the service and the user experience.
- To communicate relevant updates about the service.
Legal basis (LGPD)
Your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent and the performance of the service you signed up for, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018).
Sharing and international transfers
We use third-party services for AI image processing and cloud infrastructure. These services may process data outside Brazil. We apply appropriate safeguards to protect your data in those transfers, in line with the LGPD.
